How It Works
How The Master Manager Program Works:

The 12 TRAINING modules covering 24 topics are delivered online in a class format using Zoom and MS Team in sessions that take 2.5 - 3 hours each.

COACHING is delivered each quarter for 60-minutes that is delivered online individually to each participant

Each month a new soft-skills module in the 12-month program is taught to the class.

The DISC profiling is administered online when each student enrols in the program.

Students can start the program in any month by taking the current module and will take the modules that are being offered in sequence. (See the circle diagram)

The MENTORING is conducted monthly online to teams of up to 8 students/ team.
How It Works
Continuous Intake Program
The Master Manager 12- month program is delivered on a continuous intake basis, and students can start any month and complete the program when the course is offered (See diagram)
Students can also enrol their colleagues in any individual module that will be offered on an as-requested basis.
